MADE IN AMERICA BUILT BY HARDWORKING HANDS

We don’t just slap “Made in the USA” on a label, we live it every single day. At TigerTough, Made in America isn’t a marketing gimmick; it’s a commitment to quality, hard work, and doing things the right way, not the easy way.

Every cut of fabric, every stitch, every final inspection happens right here on home turf, done by real people who take pride in what they build. We’re not outsourcing labor overseas or cutting corners to save a few bucks. We’re putting out the toughest seat covers on the market, built by the same hardworking Americans who use them. When you buy TigerTough, you’re not just getting a seat cover. You’re supporting American jobs, American families, and a level of quality that imported seat covers can’t touch.

Because at the end of the day, your gear should work as hard as you do. And if it’s got the TigerTough name on it, it darn well better live up to it.

SOURCING AMERICAN MATERIALS

We do everything we can to source our materials right here in the USA. Why? Because American-made means better quality, better reliability, and supporting the hardworking businesses that keep this country running.

When you buy TigerTough, you’re getting more than just a seat cover, you’re investing in American craftsmanship, American jobs, and American toughness. Here’s a closer look at a few of the materials that make our covers the best in the business.

SOURCING AMERICAN MATERIALS
SOURCING AMERICAN MATERIALS
CORDURA®

We use military-grade Cordura® for unbeatable durability. Our Cordura is sourced from mills across the USA, with a heavy concentration in the Carolinas. This fabric is built to handle mud, grease, tools, duty belts, and whatever else your work throws at it without wearing out.

SOURCING AMERICAN MATERIALS
STRINGLOCK™

This is where the magic happens. StringLock™ is our patented system that locks seat covers down tight: no shifting, no sagging, no nonsense. It’s manufactured in Colorado and Minnesota exclusively for TigerTough. No one else has it, and that’s the way we like it.

HOW WE BUILD ‘EM

We don’t believe in “close enough.” Every seat cover we make is hand-measured and precision-crafted for an exact fit: no baggy covers, no guesswork, no shortcuts. Here’s how we do it:

Step 1

Measuring & Mapping

We don’t rely on generic factory specs or laser measurements. Our research and development team measures every new seat cover pattern by hand. If we don’t have the vehicle or seat in-house, we bring it in, borrow it, or buy the seat outright…whatever it takes to get the fit right.

Step 2

Prototyping

Once we’ve mapped out the seat, we handcraft a prototype and test the fit. If it’s too loose? Too tight? A pain to install? We tweak it until it’s perfect. No one wants a seat cover that’s impossible to put on.

Step 3

Digitizing

Once we nail the perfect fit for that year, make, model, and trim type, we digitize the pattern so every cover we make is an exact replica. No re-measuring, no errors—just a perfect fit, every time.

Step 4

Cutting

We use a high-powered CNC cutting machine that slices through up to 20 layers of fabric at once with absolute precision. It’s fast, and efficient, and ensures every cut is identical.

Step 5

Sewing

No machine can stitch a three-dimensional cover–it requires skilled hands. Our team of experts stitches each cover using industrial-grade machines and double-stitched seams that won’t quit.
Want a seatback pocket? Custom embroidery? That’s all done during this step, by real people, not robots.

Step 6

Inspection

Every single cover gets checked against the original prototype. If there’s a flaw, it’s fixed. If it doesn’t pass inspection? It doesn’t ship. We don’t do second-quality or good enough.

Step 7

Packing & Shipping

Once approved, your cover is packaged with vehicle-specific instructions (because nobody wants to guess how to install their new seat covers). Then, it’s shipped directly to you, ready for whatever abuse you throw at it.

Why It Matters

Why It Matters

We don’t build seat covers overseas because quality, reliability, and hard work still mean something here. Keeping manufacturing in the USA means faster innovation, tighter quality control, and a product you can actually count on. Because if you rely on your truck to get the job done, your gear should work just as hard.

American Jobs

Every TigerTough cover supports hardworking men and women who take pride in what they do

American Quality

Built by hand, not just by machine, with materials sourced from right here at home.

American Toughness
